Computers and equipment donated to RecycleComputers4Cancer.org go into 3 streams.
1. The first stream is reuse of the newest and best computers by cancer patients and survivors.
Donated computer data is wiped to Department of Defense standards.
2. The second stream is the resale of used equipment to fund cancer research and SMCAC.org.
Donated computer data is wiped to Department of Defense standards.
3. The third stream is recycling of older computers and equipment. This is a material’s recycling
where hard drives and data is physically destroyed.
